Jumeirah Beach Residence or JBR, as some people like to call it, is Dubai’s most exquisite waterfront community. This one of a kind community was launched back in 2002 and it took 8 years to be entirely ready. Jumeirah Beach Residence is 1.7 Kilometers long with two square Kilometers gross floor area. Jumeirah Beach Residence is strategically located against the Persian Gulf in Dubai Marina. It is only 30 minutes away from Dubai International Airport and is very close to the City Center.

Jumeirah Beach Residence is not just your regular residential community; it is the largest single-phase project in the entire world. It was estimated that the development can take up to 15,000 people; we are talking towers and hotels. JBR has 35 residential tower and 5 big hotels. JBR has six different residential blocks or clusters which are Shams, Amwaj, Rimal, Bahar, Sadaf, and Murjan. With a total of 6,917 apartments, one can choose among many sizes and design options in JBR. The residents of JBR are all either Elite local families or western expats. The apartments at JBR are well-suited for couples and younger families. Honestly, JBR is the place to be; with all apartments overlooking a sea view, how could it not be?

The Walk
The Walk at Jumeirah Beach Residence is one of Dubai’s best outdoor destinations to shop or dine. At the walk, you get to enjoy a wide variety of retail shops, stylish boutiques, dining options, and street entertainers. A major plus is that you get to enjoy the beautiful scenery that is the waterfront view. This beautiful 1.7 kilometers strip is the perfect area to take a stroll with your family or loved ones. The walk, by Dubai Properties as well, was completed in 2007 and opened its doors in 2008.
The Beach
The Beach lies on the opposite side of JBR. It is a contribution by Meraas Holding. It is a retail complex built on the beach and lies between the Hilton and Sheraton hotels. At the beach, you can find many food outlets, cafes, and entertainment options.

We can’t forget the largest inflatable water park in the world. The park was specially designed to look like the shape of Dubai’s logo. Your family and little ones will enjoy the water park. it can hold up to 500 people at a time.
